Will’s January Bar Mitzvah was a true blue event thanks to our friends at Jersey Street Furniture.

The venue was decorated in blues to represent Will’s love for his two favorite New York teams: the Giants and the Yankees. Giant W’s adorned the lounge while guests partied all night on the “Will” dancefloor.

We are delighted to be entrenched in the wedding details for Kate and Zak whose big day is just under 100 days out.  As shown in these sneak peek engagement shoot images (credit Ahmet Ze Photography) Kate and Zak are simply the perfect combination of gorgeous, FUN, and brilliant.  Well you don’t see the brilliant part but we do in our work with them.  And to top it off, the 6 Degrees of Celebration team has even more of a reason to root for the NY GIANTS since Zak is their long snapper.  GO ZAK!  GO GMEN, you can do it!  Apologies to our clients who root for the Pats… we are not anything if not honest.

Our team was so excited when we found out Pantone’s color of the year 2012 is a gorgeous “Tangerine Tango”, a bold hue of coral. We really like it set against creams, neutrals, pinks, and muted shades of green.

Here we paired the hue with ivory, mustard, dusty rose and sage to create a dazzling palette that is perfect for a lively reception. The lush color is a great choice for bridesmaids dresses as it compliments every shade of skin tone beautifully. We love the way that a bright coral ribbon livens up a bridal bouquet made of delicate cream-colored flowers such as gardenias mixed with huckleberry greens. Stationary and linens can be kept simple in crisp whites and ivories with pops of coral and green throughout.

We are already seeing the vibrant shade showing up everywhere from runway fashions to home design. Using it in your next event is sure to make a dazzling impression!

KC and Greg’s wedding totally makes my heart happy with its carefree attitude and super pretty surroundings. Creative KC infused rustic meets vintage meets vineyard combining whimsical elements that blended so perfectly in what can only be described as one of my favorite weddings of the year.
