Joan Glenn has built a career in the event and hospitality industry during the past 16 years. As a Culinary Institute of America graduate and former chef, Joan brings a level of knowledge and experience to the cuisine and service details rarely provided by other event planners. Additionally, Joan’s tenure as Director of Catering for one of Manhattan’s finest boutique international hotels has provided her with in depth expertise to what is happening behind the scenes at her clients events. Having resided and successfully operated an event-planning firm in Southeast Asia, Joan also offers greater insight into the cultural and diverse needs of an international, well-traveled audience. Widely considered to be a hospitality industry expert, Joan has been featured by New Jersey Monthly and New Jersey Savvy Living regarding wedding and special event planning.
